B'HAM OVER 65s CUP - QUARTER FINAL | 01.04.2026

Just two weeks after meeting in the final league game of the season, Solihull Moors and Hartshill Walking Football faced each other once again — this time in the BCWFL Cup quarter-final. On this occasion, Moors delivered another dominant performance to secure a convincing 5–0 victory.

Moors started strongly and quickly took control of the game, moving the ball well and applying pressure across the pitch. Brendan Mulcahy was in outstanding form, leading the line with confidence and clinical finishing. He opened the scoring and went on to complete a superb four-goal performance, putting Moors firmly in command.

Graham Liddiard added to the tally with a well-taken goal, rounding off another impressive attacking display.

By half time, Moors had built a commanding 3–0 lead. With the game under control, two changes were made in the second half, but the intensity and quality remained high. Moors added a further two goals to complete a comprehensive 5–0 win.

It was another disciplined and confident team performance, continuing the excellent form shown throughout the season.

Attention now turns to the semi-final, where Moors will face Burntwood Walking Football. With the league title already secured, Moors will be aiming to complete the double for a third consecutive season.
