According to his mom, Andy Powers has been kicking a football for as long as he’s been able to stand. Now a proud father of two girls and happily married for over 30 years, Andy returned to the game at 50 through walking football. Most often found on the left side of the pitch, he freely admits his right foot is for standing only. Getting back into football has been one of the best decisions he has made, giving him the chance to stay active, meet new teammates, and reconnect with old friends last seen on a football pitch nearly 25 years ago.
